We are not responsible for misuse, negligence, damage to property, or harmful effects to anything while in use caused by this Mini Helicopter.

Shipping time:
Shipping time normally takes 3 business days, however due to weather conditions which we cannot control the time varies depending on USPS's terms. We also occasionally use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. We ship all packages out almost instantly following placing your order. The cost of shipping listed on our web site is only applicable for customers living in the continental United States, customers purchasing outside of the United States or in Hawaii, Canada, and Alaska, will need to email our customer support department for correct shipping charges. When shipping outside of the United States we are not responsible for customs duties, or fees.

Return and Refund Policy:
Upon delivery, if you discover that the product is faulty, you can notify us of the defect within 24 hours of the date of delivery. We may ask you to return the faulty product for inspection before we send you a replacement. If the Products are faulty, we will replace it at no additional cost to you and refund any reasonable costs you may have incurred in returning it to us.
All sales are final due to the nature of toys we are unable to refund or cancel items and (or) orders once they have been shipped.
